Before Missoula Rental Maintenance, Inc. I started working on income properties. The majority of work was outside landscape work. I have learned and expanded my abilities over the years. I really enjoy seeing the results of helping curb appeal, however that may be.
I can do a variety of trimming, clean up, mowing, weed eating, edging, etc. to help the larger aspect of your property’s curb appeal.
Another important item is a properly functioning sprinkler system. I have really grown to enjoy helping sprinklers systems become optimized for each property. I can do simple start ups and minor adjustments, new sprinkler clocks, fix broken sprinkler heads or lines, zone valve work, anti-siphons, rehab and modify older systems. I have a lot of experience with all brands, including Rain Jet systems.
My preferred parts are Rain Bird but I will use whichever brand is appropriate for each customer.
In addition to landscaping I can provide light painting, mess clean up, and small projects.
