My name is Jeff Lamson, I founded Missoula Rental Maintenance, Inc. about twenty years ago after initial experience working on the exterior of income properties. During this time I have taken on a wide variety of jobs which has given me a large opportunity to experience many unique situations. I have expanded my skills over the years to provide reliable capability to help your projects to become finished. I have primarily worked in occupied rental units in addition to vacancy turn over maintenance or exterior work. I am not confined to income properties and provide considerate handyman services with effective solutions to homeowners as well.
I prefer to provide long-term options that are in the best interest of my clients. I have a helpful attitude about simple to complex maintenance issues. I also like to provide preventative and proactive maintenance.
I take pride in being clean and respectful while working in people’s homes. I have a reliable and responsible approach to my job performance. My clients’ interests and requests are important to the overall job completion. I am able to wear an N95 for health considerations. I also utilize various Personal Protective Equipment options depending on the type of work.
